Pre-production Terms

These terms describe the intended boundaries of the informational website and planned tribefii Audience Operations application. They are not a claim of complete production contractual readiness or legal clearance.

1. Informational website

This website provides public company, privacy, and pre-production application information. It does not currently offer a public application service, account connection, publication capability, or transaction facility.

2. Pre-release application

tribefii Audience Operations is under development. Features, availability, provider support, eligibility, and approval are not guaranteed. No person should rely on the website as a promise that a production service or particular provider capability will become available.

3. Account authority and provider rules

If a future service is separately approved and activated, a user may connect only an account they control or are authorised to manage. Provider terms, platform rules, permissions, and technical limits will also apply.

No external operation may occur without the required human authority and the provider permissions applicable to that exact operation.

4. Prohibited conduct

Prohibited uses include impersonation, unlawful or rights-infringing content, scraping, browser automation, credential sharing, spam, fabricated engagement, deceptive activity, circumvention of provider controls, and unauthorised account access.

5. Content and intellectual property

Content and intellectual-property rights remain with their relevant owners. A future user must have the rights and authority required for any content, branding, data, or account they submit or direct the service to use.

6. Availability, suspension, and termination

Pippin Puffin may restrict, suspend, or terminate future access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, security, or legal compliance. Provider outages, policy changes, revocation, or approval decisions may also limit or end functionality.

Production warranties, liability allocation, service levels, fees, governing law, dispute handling, and other contractual provisions require qualified legal review before any public production service is offered. This notice does not replace that review.
